LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A new apartment complex in Middletown is offering another option for affordable housing in Louisville. It's the latest project from Housing Partnership Inc. The complex has 80 apartments consisting of one, two and three-bedroom units.
Tracy Thurston with the Kentucky Housing Corporation said this is the exact example they hope to achieve throughout the state.
“It's a beautiful facility, but it's also in an area of opportunity. Everyone has said before, there's so many resources and amenities around. The residents really, really have so many opportunities by residing here,” Thurston said.
As part of a tax credit, Housing Partnership Inc. has ensured affordability at Middletown Apartments for 30 years.
