SCOTT COUNTY, Ind — Indiana State Police have arrested a man they say shot at an officer and fled from a traffic stop on an ATV.

Todd Lacey, 52, was charged with resisting law enforcement with a vehicle which is a felony.

According to a news release, a Scott County deputy was on patrol on State Road 256 near Terry Road when he observed an ATV turning east onto State Road 256 from Terry Road without stopping at the stop sign.
