LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A woman is dead, and another person is injured following a shooting in Park Hill.
Metro Police Second Division officers responded to reports of a shooting at 12th and Hill Streets around 9:30 p.m. where they found a woman that had been shot.
She was taken to UofL Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
Police say there was a second victim in that shooting that was taken to 4th Street at Park Avenue in Old Louisville to the firehouse by private vehicle. That person was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have not revealed what led up to the shooting.
