LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Authorities have identified a victim who was shot and killed in a Kroger parking lot in west Louisville on Sunday.
The coroner says 37-year-old Dayshawn Tolbert died from a single gunshot wound.
Police were called to the parking lot of the Kroger at 28th and Broadway after reports of gunfire. Officers found Tolbert with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Police have not named any suspects but ask if anyone has any information that can assist them in this case, to call their Anonymous Tip Line at 574-LMPD.
