LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Down the Stretch with Sherlene Shanklin: I have “The411” on Derby Soundstage 2020. Save the date of Thursday, April 30th for “Tip” Harris aka T.I. and the Megan Thee Stallion. The two will co-headline at Freedom Hall during Kentucky Derby weekend.
T.I., a southern rap and trap music artist is a multi-Grammy, BET and MTV award winner who has hits like ‘Bring Em Out’ ‘Live your Life’, ‘Got your Back’ and ‘Whatever you Like’ will perform in the Derby City.
His co-headliner Megan Thee Stallion is no stranger to the rap game. She starting rapping at an early age and at the request of her mother, she pursued her dreams when she turned 21 years old. Now, she’s headed to Louisville as fans can hear hit after hit on her album entitled ‘Fever’.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 6th and they will start around $50.00.
