This festival features a mix of rock, roots, bluegrass and folk acts headlined by Foo Fighters, Robert Plant And The Sensational Space Shifters, and the Zac Brown Band.

This year the festivals will be at the Kentucky Expo Center after the concerts got flooded out at Champions Park last year. DWP says the number one question they've received is where is the actual festival site. The performances will be in an area is called the Highland Festival Grounds. The concert will be over grass and not pavement and here will still be room for campers and RV's right by the site.
