ADAIR CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Pennsylvania man wanted for threatening to kill the president and Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer of Kentucky has now been spotted in West Virginia.
Kentucky State Police and the FBI say Shawn Christy broke into the Adair County Kentucky home of Meyer’s brother August 9. He allegedly stole food and an SUV.
Everyone is asked to be on the lookout for a Green 2001 Jeep Cherokee with a black hood that is a mail delivery truck. The license plate is 095WYT. It was last seen on Interstate 64 in Huntington West Virginia.
Christy has posted on social media that he'll use "full lethal force on any law enforcement officer who tries to detain him."
Authorities have not said why he is targeting Meyer.
