Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Metro Council has repealed a law that bans the trucks from operating near restaurants.
That law kept them 150 away from any eating establishment.
The change was made after a federal lawsuit was filed on behalf of two food truck owners who say they were pushed out of the downtown area where customers could easily find them.
