LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- It was a work of magic today at Cave Hill Cemetery. A headstone is now marking the grave of a man known among magicians.
A broken wand ceremony took place at the cemetery to unveil a headstone for Thomas Tobin. He was born in 1844 in London, eventually coming to Kentucky. His illusionary craft is used by magicians to this day.
It was recently discovered he was buried in Cave Hill. Magician Lance Burton gathered with other magicians to mark Thursday’s ceremony.
Tobin isn't the only magician buried at Cave Hill, Harry Collins also rests there.
